Firstly, let me express my sincere thanks for the truly wonderful buffet you
served at our family party.
As a family with Lebanese roots we know a thing or two about real Lebanese
food but just let me say that my mother was reduced to tears when seeing let
alone sampling the delicious food you had prepared. She had not tasted food
this good since she was a little girl living back home.
The food was excellent and what little remained at the end of the evening
was polished off by noon the next day.
I would have no hesitation in using your services again and I would highly
recommend you to friends and family.
Once again thank you for your professional manner.
I believe Samara Cuisine stands for authentic, quality Lebanese cuisine.

Dear Mona,
I meant to email you before we went away on honeymoon but we were very busy with one thing and another
so I must apologise as I did not get round to it.
I wanted to say thank you very much for the food, it was
really lovely and lots of people commented on how nice it was. My sister's boyfriend, whose parents are Syrian, even said that the stuffed vine
leaves were better then his mothers'! High praise indeed, though I don't suppose he will tell his mother!
I will certainly recommend your company and hope in the future to be able to ask you to do catering for us again.
