Hi Mona,
Back from our honeymoon. We just wanted to say a big thankyou for the
delicious food you provided for our wedding party. It was really scrumptious
and everyone really liked the fact it was different from a typical buffet.
There was plenty and it looked fabulous arranged on the platters.

Firstly I want to thank you for being so wonderful when you arrived on
Saturday, you really made me feel at ease about the party.

My question about them is if the courses are about specific topics or general Lebanese food because I will like to learn a lot, all my family love this kind of food.

Hi Mona,
That's strange - I was just finishing off something in the kitchen and then I was going to come and email you to say what a lovely time I had on Saturday! You beat me to it.
It was great to see you too. I just loved the response from the children, they are so open to new things and willing to have a go. It was such a pleasure to dance with them and great fun! I would love to do it again some day - I was thinking of really playing on the theme and including a reading of 1001 Nights (short childrens version of course!) and maybe setting up a little Arabic Princess tent in a corner for the birthday girl to receive her presents - just ideas really.
Hope you are well and recoverd from your job Saturday afternoon!
