Dearest Mona,
Thank you so much for your e-mail and for your letter. We have now come back
from the most wonderful honeymoon and our heads are still in the clouds.
I still can't get over how fantastic our wedding was and how amazing your
food and service was. Everyone I have spoken to about the wedding has said
how fantastic the food was and that it was the best wedding food they had
EVER eaten. I managed to have a big plate and Aaron had two - although he
still doesn't feel like he had enough! I think we'll have to engineer another
party to be able so that we can have your delicious food again.
And thank you for being so warm and supportive and helpful and accommodating
- you really were the jewel in the whole day.
I also hope to be able to do one of your cookery courses soon - that will
definitely ensure a very long and very happy marriage.
I hope to see you very soon...

Thank you so much for creating such a fantastic feast at our wedding in June. The food was amazing and all our family and friends have all said that they loved the food.
We are also thankful to you and your team for being so warm, friendly and happy to respond to our ideas and needs with such enthusiasms and enormous capability.
You really made our wedding guests very happy with your food and service and we think Samara Cuisine contributed a lot into making it the happiest day of our lives.

Dear Mona,
Many thanks for your e-mail and your best wishes. It was a pleasure meeting you and I have to tell you how much our guests enjoyed the food. Everyone remarked on how lovely the presentation was and how nice it tasted, what a great change from sausage rolls one usually gets at a party!
My husband was very touched, that we managed to serve authentic food and I am pleased that I found you on the web. I have enclosed some great 'food' shots. On one of them you can see how much the Lebanese food was savored, as everyone is sitting in a row eating ... that was so funny! I imagined that there would be plenty of the Baklava left for us to enjoy later, but I was wrong, ... I only managed to taste one piece.
I shall definitely recommend Samara Cuisine and I am sure I will use you again at the next party.

I have been wanting to contact you all week to congratulate you on such a delicious evening you prepared for us at our wedding. We have only just got back
from a glorious week in Paris so please forgive us for not having been in touch earlier. Your food was VERY FINE INDEED, and everyone is raving about how
utterly delicious the lamb was. Clever Mona. My mouth is watering at the memory of it! It must have been VERY HARD work, but it was absolutely lovely. We
