15th June, 2009 Dear Mona, Just to say a big thank you for providing such delicious food for my party on Saturday. We had many compliments about the food and as most of it was eaten, it must have been true! The tabouleh came in for specific praise with many asking for the recipe. 10th May, 2009 Hi Mona, We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your staff for your excellent food and wonderful service last night. I was just delighted with everything and especially with how warm and friendly you and your ‘staff’ were. They were extremely attentive to our guests and I’ve had so many compliments from friends and family about how wonderful the food and service were. They’re a tough crowd, as are Matthew and I; many of us are really ‘foodie’ and I’m always anxious trying new caterers. You exceeded all my expectations, however. Many of my friends have commented that the food came round so often and that their glasses were never empty. They must’ve enjoyed it – the last guests left at 05.30!! The sun had been up for ages. 28th December, 2008 Dear Mona, Just to let you know that the Eastern Bazaar was a great success. Everyone loved the food (except for a very few people who wanted ‘English food’ and I ignored them..!) Thank you so much for your generous contribution to the day, I am sure there are now many more people in Wandsworth who will be looking out for Lebanese cuisine.
