Hi Mona
The food was terrific - the Omanis loved it and they delighted in explaining
the dishes to the students and teachers! I am a long way from being a connoisseur, but having lived in UAE for nearly two years, I can recognise really well-made dishes. I loved the baba ghanouj. (Well, I loved everything actually!)

Hi Mona,
Thanks once again for making my party such a success - the food was all
delicious and we're really enjoying the leftovers. You really took all the
stress out of the occasion and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy it!
Please could you pass on my thanks to the two girls, Guner and Fetine, who
were absolutely brilliant and helped make the party go so smoothly, and
secondly, since I didn't manage to take one single photo at the party, and I
know you took a few, I'd be so grateful if you could email me a copy of them
at some stage when the Christmas/New Year period is a distant memory (I'm
only mentioning it now because I know I'll forget otherwise!)

Dear Mona,
Thank you so much for proving the most wonderful Lebanese food, on Saturday.
Everyone loved the food and the presentation. The girls worked very hard
and the belly dancer was excellent.
I also would like to thank you for coming all the way to wales, and so sorry
you were stuck on the motorway for such a long time, hopefully next time it
will be easier.

Dearest Mona,
I just want to thank you again for the wonderful cooking lesson on
Saturday. It was such fun! I feel a little less stressed now about my
upcoming meal! I am going to be trying out the feast on some girlfriends of
mine in a few weeks.........I'll keep you posted on that one.....
I also popped into Nut Case today and the gentleman in there was so kind and
helpful. I purchased 2 bags of the delicious Lebanese coffee, and he found
a divine set of coffee cups for me as well.
Once again, thank you for providing such a welcoming environment to learn
in. The other girls were a delight and I look forward to what's in store,
come the new year!
