Dear Mona,
Once again, I would like to thank you and your helpers for making Wendy's birthday party such a success. The food was delicious and has almost all been eaten! I will add a link to Samara on my website (and will also add some very positive recommendations to the link).

Hi there,
First day back in the office after our little trip to Capri - which was
wonderful!
Mona thank you so so much for everything - I have never heard the food
talked about so much at a wedding! - everyone loved it - and you! It was
divine. John and I didn't really have time to enjoy the food that evening
but had a little candlelit dinner with champagne in the marquee the next
night and polished off the lamb which was delicious.
I would do it all again tomorrow!

Dear Mona,
We're off on our honeymoon later today, but we just wanted to email before
we go to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our wedding was the best day of our lives,
and you and the girls went a big way towards that. The food was absolutely
delicious, and everybody has told us how much they enjoyed it and how
memorable it was. We were glad there was a tiny bit left so we could enjoy
it the next day too!

Hi Mona,
Well, what can I say ..... the food was a HUGE success. Every single guest
commented on it and everyone I've spoken to since has mentioned it again!
It really was a fantastic. We had it for lunch the next day and it was
still good then.
Ryan and Ellie were both brilliant, they really took the pressure off and
did everything asked of them professionally and graciously.

Mona,
Thanks so much for your e-mail; I'm so sorry I have not responded -- I've
had a house full of guests non stop for the last week and a half.
Did want to let you know that the party was a great success, in large part
to your food. It was wonderful; having a mezze menu was perfect - created a very nice informal atmosphere, as well as lots of conversation - everyone wanted to know why I'd chosen Lebanese, what everything was, how I had come across you
etc. So a very big hit. And we even had leftovers to take on a family picnic the next afternoon.
Thank you again so much. I do hope we have the opportunity to use you again in future and if in the meantime I can help with a recommendation, I would be happpy to do so.

What can I say but thank you so much for a fantastic day!!!
We all had such a fantastic experience and Nigel and I have already used the
Mahamarah and kebabs for a BBQ yesterday!!!
We can't wait to organise our next class to cook the lamb!!!
Best of luck with "The F Word" and we will of course all be watching!!!
