23rd July, 2009 Dear Mona, All our guest have now written to us telling us how much they enjoyed the party last Sunday. They have all, without exception, written to say that the highlight was the food, the lamb and the rice and how much they enjoyed the mezze. Mona, it was really a pleasure meeting you and was a stroke of luck finding your website. Your professionalism, and your understanding of what we wanted for our party was excellent. We very much liked the way you dealt with the food preparation, at our house, dishing and the aftermath was smooth and efficient. We must also thank the two girls for keeping the flow of the drinks so smoothly and their help enabled Sandra and I to leave everything to the three of you and concentrate on enjoying ourselves and mixing with our guests. To sum up, we thank you for making our party such a resounding success. With our best wishes.

7th July, 2009 Dear Mona, We had a lot of complimentary remarks about your food and a lot of people took your name and number. Everybody had a different ‘favourite’, from the pastry with cheese for my mother-in-law to the kibbeh for my husband to the tabbouleh for me… and we all agreed that the houmous was the best we ever tasted! I could have quite happily lived on rice and chicken for a week but we finished it the following Sunday for lunch! I was very impressed how clean and tidy you left my kitchen – a big ‘thank you’ to you and your hardworking girls. We would definitely use Samara Cuisine again in the future. With kind regards,
