Dear Mona,
Thank you so much for your brilliant catering services last Saturday, which
greatly contributed to the marvellous success of the day. We have received
many compliments from the guests about the exceptionally high quality of
your Lebanese food. The lamb and the tabouleh were delicious. The juices were
appreciated to such an extent that no-one complained about the absence of
alcohol, even until after 11pm!
The photos are being developed and we will send some to you.
We will certainly keep in touch with you.

Thank you for all your kind words about my family. Everyone loved your
food - it was a really great success thanks to you and very relaxing.
Ralph and I were so pleased that Seb, Issie and Samara were able to join
in the festivities as well and meet the extended family.

Dearest Mona,
Forgive me for not contacting you before this morning to send you the
biggest thank you for the most beautiful, tastiest wedding feast that could
be imagined.
With your clear instructions, all of the cooking was as enjoyable as we had
hoped, and such was the success of the evening, that we started under our
tent at 7.30pm, with our guests not leaving until well into the early hours
of Sunday morning. With a radiant full moon, we could well have been in the
desert (with a little bit of imagination).
One very interesting thing that we found: we decided to involve our guests
as much as possible with the food, with different people involved with
mixing the baba ghnouj, admiring the rice, checking to see that the lamb
could shred, preparing the coffee... As a result, I feel that we all
partook of every aspect of the evening, in such a way that may not have
happened if Graeme and I had prepared the meal from scratch.
The aromatic lamb with the nutty rice was undoubtedly the most wonderful of
all of the dishes, enjoyed without qualification by all. We were wondering
whether you have written a cook book, so that when Graeme and I simply want
a meal for 2, we could do so once the baby is here!
Regarding the pots and containers: because we would love to do this again,
could we return all to you, so that you can re-use them next year? Until
the end of June, I am in London every Monday and Thursday day / evening, if
either would be convenient for you or your husband to collect them.
Overall, we cannot thank you enough for making such a memorable evening
possible, and won't hesitate to spread the word of the wonderfully personal
service you provide.

many said they would look out for Lebanese food as from now. I'll
recommend you - have no fear!
I am terribly sorry to see what's happening in your country Lebanon, and I pray
