My mother had a brilliant time and met some lovely people. She is now talking about visiting Syria as soon as it quietens down – someone made an impression!
Please let me know if you are adding more events, my Mother lives in Portugal half the year, but when she is back she loves learning new culinary ideas.
As usual thank you Mona for yet another wonderful cooking class. Great food and great company. I have already made the Muhamara.

Lebanon’s loss is truly England’s gain.
Thank you so much for your wonderful cooking class today. The food was all so delicious and we are truly inspired by our great teacher to try the recipes out for ourselves now! Many thanks also for the baklava - we are still way too full to eat any at the moment, but look forward to trying them later!

Just a quick note to say how lovely it was to be in your home with some of my girlfriends to enjoy my birthday lunch. You made it so special that we all joined in, and with your tips we will be able to reproduce the delicious meal to share with friends. The food was so tasty and the mixtures and flavours were perfect – they always say you should learn something new every day, and today I did. Thank you for making it such a special day for me.

Thank you for letting me into your home and sharing some of your
cooking tips. That was a delightful group of women and I am
sure they all enjoyed it as much as I did. I shall have to
make a shopping trip back to the middle eastern stores and pack a
cooler to bring back the frozen items. That feta was delicious and I
am not really big on feta find it to salty.
I look forward to your next class.

I wish you every success over your busy summer - you work so hard you deserve it! I hope to be able to attend the next class in October.
